Afrocommerce.com’s guarantee is void if the product submitted for replacement has expired or where the purchaser has used the product to any degree.

Afrocommerce.com’s liability will not exceed the purchase price of its defective products. Afrocommerce.com makes no warranty of its products with respect to incidental, consequential, or other damages.

Credit Card Security

Afrocommerce.com guarantees that every transaction you make while shopping at our site is 100% safe. Period. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at Afrocommerce.com.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. You must notify Afrocommerce.com of the fraud within 60 days of the charge.

To be eligible for this guarantee, in the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
